  • What happens if I slip up and eat something bad?
    Mistakes are bound to happen. One or two dietary slip ups are ok. Just continue cleansing and try to be consistent with your food choices.
  • How soon after drinking the herbs will I start to have bowel movements?
    Bowel movements typically begin to occur the following day after drinking your herbs for the first time.
  • What do the herbs taste like?
    The tea is comprised of bitter herbs. The taste is very strong and bitter to taste. Bitter herbs and tonics have a long history in the health community. They are know to stimulate the digestive system and promote healthy digetion, good bacteria and rid the body of unwanted organisms and parasites. Adding sweeteners is not recommended. Not only will it not help the taste it will compromise your results.
  • Can I add anything to the herbs for flavor?
    Unfortunately you there is not much that can be done to change the flavor of the herbs. You can try drinking it cold and with a straw. You can also add fresh lemon juice.
  • Can I exercise while cleansing?
    Absolutely. As long as you feel up to it, you can resume all of your regular activities.
  • When is the best time to start the cleanse?
    It is always best to start your cleanse when you have the following day free. That way you can see how your body will react to the herbs.
  • Will I see worms in my stool?
    During the cleanse is very common to see things in your stool that you may not have ever seen before. You may see worm segments, things that resemble rice (usually tapeworm), yeast, mucus, strings and many other things. Do not worry nothing comes out alive, and things are usually compacted in stools and hard to see.

The best way to handle these symptoms is to make sure you drink enough water. It is recommended to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each day. This will help to flush out any toxins and prevent dehydration.
