All you need is:
1 cup of cashews
3-4 tbs of nutritional yeast (you can use more or less depending on your preference)
1 tbs of garlic powder (you can use more or less depending on your preference)
3/4 tsp of salt
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are completely broken down and resemble parmesan cheese. This usually only takes about 10-15 seconds. Store in a mason jar and in the fridge and use on whatever you like.
