I love fall so much. It's definitely my favorite season all year long. The clothes are better, the food is better, nature looks beautiful, theres apple picking, pumpkin flavored everything and theres always like 10 varieties of squash. Every fall attempt to make at least one recipe using every squash variety that I can find in the stores. I always gravitate to delecata squash because it is super mld in flavor almost potato like in texture and flavor so it makes a great alternative for french fries. I didn't feel like roasting them in the oven so just tossed these in oil, salt and fresh rosemary and put them into my air fryer for about 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 large Delicata squash sliced in half (skin on) with the seeds removed then cut into french fry pieces
1 sprig of fresh rosemary leaves chopped
1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of sea salt
Preparation
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Then place into to your air fryer and set on 350* for 15 minutes. making sure to toss them about half way through cooking.
