I recently teamed up with my amazing friends Coach Gessie Thompson from The Detox Now and Yandy Smith to create a plant based burger to feature on CLEO TV for an epic burger battle cooking show. You can catch a preview of the show here and catch the full episode on CLEO TV Saturday 5/16 at NOON EST.
So often people assume that eating a plant based "electric" diet means that they will miss out foods that they love. I was super happy to help tear down that misconception by sharing my lentil wild rice burger patty recipe. These burger have great flavor and texture and make an excellent plant based "electric" alternative to store bought vegan burgers. On the show Gessie and Yandy topped them with a yummy avocado dressing so make sure you head on over to The Detox Now to grab that recipe too.
