Who doesn't love.a one pot meal? Just throw ingredients in a pot, put the lid on and have an entire meal waiting for you when it's done! In the cooler months I tend to make one pot meals more and more. This time I wanted a rice dish but I wanted it to have lots of flavor so I opted for a Greek style rice dish. I used tons of Greek seasoning which is full of herbs and spices like onion, basil, oregano and pepper to name a few. Whenever I use seasoning blends or vegetable broth I like to add additional salt to taste at the end. Lot's of seasoning blends and broths already contain salt so be mindful when using them.
