Tender asparagus cooked in vegan butter and hot pepper sauce and tossed in pasta. What could be better than that?

Here is another recipe featuring my new favorite Trader Joe's Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce. It's made with fermented Calabrian Chili Peppers. It's absolutely amazing and costs only $3 at Trader Joe's.

The sauce is super simple and easy to make. Just add it to the skillet and let it warm up for about 2 minutes until the garlic becomes super fragrant. Make sure you keep the oil low so that the garlic doesn't burn.

Now add it the fresh asparagus and stir. Raise the heat to medium while cooking for about 6 minutes.

Now add in the fresh pasta, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and Enjoy!
