If you aren't familiar wth Za'atar seasoning let this recipe be your introduction. Za'atar is a middle eastern seasoning blend that consists of thyme, oregano, sesame seed, coriander, sumac and others spices. It smells amazing and adds a tangy aromatic flavor to foods. You can find it in most grocery stores in the spice section. It's great on potatoes too.
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Makes 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 a cauliflower broken into bite size pieces
2 tbs of melted vegan butter
1 tbs of Za'atar Seasoning
2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375*
Place the cauliflower, za'atar seasonings, melted butter and oil into a large bowl and toss until everything is combined.
Pour onto a non stick sheet pan in an even layer.
Roasted for 10 minutes on each side.
Remove from the oven and add salt to taste.
