I'm one of those weird people that will eat ice cream and drink smoothies all year long which is why I
always have frozen fruit in my freezer. My son and I are both obsessed with mango so I tend to use it in almost all of my smoothies. I made this one over the weekend when my sister and brother in law came to stay with us for a few days and I knew it was a hit when my brother in law Pom (who just happens to be the family food critic said "Aye Shan, this good!" His approval means everything. Lol
Ingredients
2 cups of frozen mango chunks
2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
4 cups of orange or tangerine juice
Preparation
Blend in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
Tips: One of the best investments you can make is the purchase of a Vitamix blender a friend and fellow Vitamix owner said that it's like the "Bugatti" of blenders. I couldn't agree more. It makes preparing everything from soups, smoothies, sauces, butter and creams a so easy. I use the Vitamix Barboss blender in my home but over the years I have used many different models. They're pretty expensive but you can get pay for them in installments on sites like QVC. You can also find them on Amazon.com
